Responsibilities:

Sell group non-medical employee benefit products (dental, disability, life, vision) to meet the company objectives of sales, growth, retention, territory development, and financial results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, plus minimum of 2 years experience directly selling group ancillary (dental, disability, life, vision).  Must have appropriate state licensing.  Business unit and company product knowledge required.  Excellent planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, presentation, listening, oral and written communication skills required.  Must have time management and decision-making skills.  Advanced math skills are necessary, related to graphs, symbols, equations, etc.  Basic computer skills and knowledge of business unit applications required.  Must be accurate and detail oriented.  Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.  Travel required (up to 50%), including overnight stays. This position requires successful completion of a motor vehicle driving record check.
